Since there's barely any firsthand info about these batteries I figured I'd post my experience now that I've actually gone through the whole purchase and warranty process. Bought a Kays battery for my wife's Altima about eight months ago through https://carbatteryreplacementsharjah.ae/... after the original factory battery finally died, chose it mainly because the price was reasonable and the guy on the phone was patient explaining the different options without pushing the most expensive one. Fast forward to about three weeks ago the car started having slow starts again which was frustrating given how new the battery was. Called them up expecting the usual runaround but they sent a technician the same day who tested the battery and the alternator properly, turned out the alternator was actually undercharging which is what killed the battery prematurely. They honored the warranty on the battery even though technically the alternator caused the failure, replaced it on the spot, and gave me a heads up about the alternator issue without trying to sell me that repair themselves since they only do batteries. Honestly was expecting a fight over the warranty claim given my past experiences with other shops so I was pleasantly surprised. The replacement battery has been fine since and now that the alternator is fixed I'm hoping it lasts a normal lifespan. Not saying Kays is the best battery in the world but the after sales support was genuinely decent which counts for a lot in my book.
