The stash you are looking for is positioned near a campsite and blue tarp. Once you find the correct search location, interact with it to investigate Dodger's belongings. This step mainly serves as a lead for the next part of the quest. Do not expect to find Dodger's Note immediately. Instead, the investigation directs you toward his suspected deal location around Pilgrim's Peak. The Traffic Tunnel should also be approached carefully. ARC machines and enemy Raiders can make the area unpredictable. Avoid sprinting blindly toward the marker, particularly if you hear combat nearby. Search Around Pilgrim's Peak The second stage takes you to Pilgrim's Peak, where you need to investigate the large antenna structure. After arriving near the objective, search around the red machinery. Dodger's bag is located in this area. Interact with the bag to discover Dodger's Note.
