I am working on the AskDocDoc project and would like some feedback on the doctor selection screen: https://askdocdoc.com/doctors . For someone who wants to discuss lab results with a doctor, what would you put directly in the search results? I would start with specialty, state availability and the consultation price if it is known. I would keep the longer biography on the detail page. Would you show availability as a filter or beside each doctor? I am asking about the interface here; a directory listing alone cannot tell someone which doctor is right for their medical question.
